Welcome to Wild Oak Tai Chi.

Located in Orpington, Kent

Tai Chi & Qi Gong is a gentle form of seated or standing exercise that can be performed by people of all ages and abilities. 

Tai Chi has many benefits including cardio-vascular fitness, improved balance and flexibility. It helps to lower blood pressure and reduces stress, leading to a sense of tranquility. 

Operating in partnership with Tai Chi Simplicity,

Richard has four years of experience in teaching Tai Chi, providing classes to the general public, and students on the autistic spectrum. 

He has many years of martial arts experience including Tai Chi, Bagua, Jeet Kune Do, Kali and Karate.

About Me

Services

Operating in partnership with Tai Chi Simplicity. We are currently looking into the feasibility of offering outdoor Tai Chi classes.

Wild Oak Tai Chi covers the traditional Yang Short Form and Long Form, the fan and sword weapon forms as well as a variety of Qi Gong meditation. 

Group Sessions

Wild Oak Tai Chi is currently offering classes on a Monday evening in South Croydon.

1-2-1 Sessions

Wild Oak Tai Chi offers 1-2-1 sessions that are currently held online using Zoom.

Sessions can be booked subject to availability. Please contact me for more information.

Online Sessions

Wild Oak Tai Chi currently offers both group sessions and 1-2-1 sessions online using zoom.
