Welcome to Wild Oak Tai Chi.

Tai Chi & Qi Gong is a gentle form of seated or standing exercise that can be performed by people of all ages and abilities.
Tai Chi has many benefits including cardio-vascular fitness, improved balance and flexibility. It helps to lower blood pressure and reduces stress, leading to a sense of tranquility.
Operating in partnership with Tai Chi Simplicity,
Richard has three years of experience in teaching students on the autistic spectrum and those with learning disabilities.

He has many years of martial arts experience including Tai Chi, Bagua, Jeet Kune Do, Kali and Karate.

Richard is a member of the Independent Martial Arts Sports Association (IMASA)

Services
Operating in partnership with Tai Chi Simplicity. We are currently looking into the feasibility of offering outdoor Tai Chi classes. This is currently on hold due to COVID Restrictions

Wild Oak Tai Chi covers the traditional Yang Short Form and Long Form, the fan and sword weapon forms as well as a variety of Qi Gong meditation.

Online Sessions
Due to Covid restrictions, Wild Oak Tai Chi currently offers both group sessions and 1-2-1 sessions online using zoom.
